FULL MEMBERSHIP of P.J.’s includes:

• A fitness assessment for each new member on joining, to record your starting point (to monitor your results) with weigh and measure, body composition test etc. and to enable us to devise your individual programme.
• A specialised programme is designed for you to help you to achieve your individual goals of weight loss, toning, stress reduction, rehabilitation after injury or illness, building, improving performance in certain sports or participating in events such as marathons or preparation for skiing holidays etc.
• Dietary and nutritional advice personally tailored to your individual requirements and may include the usage of nutritional supplements which are stocked at PJ’s.
• The team at PJ’s ensure that we do everything we can to help you to achieve your results including regular 121 appointments where we repeat the measurements and body composition test to ensure that you are achieving your results – A new programme can be done at this time.
• Unlimited visits, NO time restrictions during our opening hours.

Our members log in and out on each visit. This enables us to monitor each members’ usage and make motivational phone calls to those needing an extra push, when they have got out of the habit of attending!

• Top of the range Matrix equipment including: Tread-mills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, cross-trainers, concept 11 rowing machines, weights machines and free weights along with an area for floor exercises.
