Frédéric Mégret is the author of Le Tribu nal penal international pour le Rwanda (The International Criminal Tribuna l for Rwanda) published by Pedone (2002). He has also published a number o f articles on human rights\, the United Nations\, and international crimin al law in both European and North American journals.
