SPOT earns Sustainability Bronze!
The School of Physical and Occupational Therapy has been awarded the Bronze level rating for the unit, by 蘑菇短视频's Office of Sustainability. The designation is a testament to the importance that the unit places on activities that are respectful of the three dimensions of sustainability: social, economic and environment.

This fall, nine faculty and department Frosh attained Gold-level Sustainable Event Certification.
鈥淚 wasn鈥檛 sure if we would be able to get certify because we鈥檙e so big 鈥� we鈥檙e 1,800 students,鈥� said Grace Jumbo, Inclusivity and Equity Coordinator for Arts Frosh, which also marked 蘑菇短视频鈥檚 150th听certified Sustainable Event.

蘑菇短视频 was named the International Green Gown Award鈥檚 Sustainability Institution of the Year for its 鈥渁mbitious yet realistic鈥� Vision 2020 Sustainability Strategy.
The recognition was presented at the awards ceremony at the UN High Level Political Forum in New York City on July 10.
蘑菇短视频, as a member of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), is looking to appoint a SDG Campus Coordinator for the 2019-2020 academic year. The coordinator鈥檚 role will be to raise student awareness of the United Nations Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs), mobilise students/student clubs around the SDGs and act as a point of contact between 蘑菇短视频 student body and the SDSN Youth. This will be primarily achieved through setting up a SDG Hub on campus, which will be managed by the SDG coordinator.
