Hongtao has pursued studies in Applied Cybersecurity at 蘑菇短视频 School of Continuing Studies in 2021-2022. Prior to this, he gained research experience in environmental studies at government research centers in France and China. He is currently pursuing a part-time MBA at HEC Montreal.

With over 25 years of experience in information technology, Mault has designed and delivered courses on cybersecurity, cloud computing, and more. His research interests include cybersecurity, cloud security, distributed computing, and IT risk management.
