°Õ³ó±ðÌýGraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management offered by the School of Continuing Studies is an introduction to the competencies and specialized functions needed to carry out effective human resources management. Areas of focus include organizational behaviour, strategic human resources management, legal frameworks, occupational health and safety, and equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

  • Graduates of this program will be well positioned for roles such as: HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Onboarding Specialist, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

University-Level Admission Requirements

  • An eligible Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA out of a possible 4.0 GPA
  • English-language proficiency
