At the February 7 , we announced that in order to address a projected $45M operating deficit in the 2025-26 fiscal year, it would likely be necessary to reduce ĢƵ’s workforce by 350-500 people. We said at the time that although we hoped this could be achieved mainly through attrition, layoffs were likely unavoidable.
The new Canadian Housing Observatory, to be developed by the ĢƵ Sustainable Systems Initiative’s Curbcut team, will integrate an array of datasets, affording deeper insights into housing issues
