Changing your Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ name/prefix/title

There are many places where your name, prefix/title (e.g., Mx., Mr, Mrs, etc.) and email appears in Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ's records and systems. If you have changed your name or want to change how it appears, please follow , which sets out instructions for Students, Faculty & Staff and those with dual status (student/staff) to:

  1. Correct/change your legal name
    • for students on your official transcripts, diplomas etc.
    • for staff on your official Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ record in Workday
  2. Add/change your used (preferred) first name that appears on Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ systems and records
    • for students (e.g., myCourses, Minerva, Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ username, Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ ID card etc.)
    • for staff (e.g., Microsoft 365 tools, Teams, Outlook)
  3. Create an email alias to change the first name portion of your Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ email address
