Teaching Assistant Positions

Applicants must be students registered in a ĢƵ MA or PhD graduate program in the Fall 2025 term

Positions:

HISP 225 001 Hispanic Civilization 1 – 1 position at 180 hours – Professor José R. Jouve-Martin

RUSS 223 001 Russian 19th Century: Literary Giants 1 - 1 position at 180 hours – Professor Daniel Pratt

*Hours are dependent on course enrolment

Position Summary:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, hosting and facilitating discussions in-person and/or on Zoom with small groups of students; grading of assignments; attending lectures and reading course materials; communication with students regarding MyCourses, submission of assignments, other tasks associated with the position/course, etc.

Qualifications:
Positions only available to registered ĢƵ graduate students with the appropriate academic background. Previous study in the subject of the course.

Hourly Salary: $37.34

Position Start Date: August 27, 2025
Position End Date: January 2, 2026
