Monday

1:30 - 2:00 PM:ÌýEvery Monday, law students are invited to attend a drop-in 30-minute mindfulness session led by Professor Sébastien Jodoin and Gabrielle Petrucci, Local Wellness Advisor at the Faculty of Law.

2:00 - 3:30 PM:ÌýÌýDrop by our tabling event for a paws-itively relaxing break with therapy dogs and wellness info.

4:00 - 5:00 PM:ÌýHosted at MORSL: Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Meditation Club PracticeÌýJoin Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Meditation Club at MORSL's Meditation Space to practice diverse meditation techniques. Check out theirÌýÌýfor updates about the focus for each week. All their meetings are beginner friendly and can be attended on a drop-in basis. Seating is limited and spots are first-come, first served.

Tuesday

10:30 AM - 12:00 PM:ÌýÌýThis unique therapeutic program will integrate gentle yoga postures, breath work, meditation, open conversation and psycho-education about the effects of trauma and stress on the body. No prior yoga experience necessary.

10:30 AM - 1:00 PM:The Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Art Hive is a space devoted to making art and community, located within the Healthy Living Annex at the Student Wellness Hub.

12:00 PM:ÌýÌýJoin Rabbi Shmuly for Lunch and Learn.

12:00 - 2:00 PM:ÌýThe Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Wellness Hub is partnering with Athletics and Recreation to invite you for a leisure walk on the iconic Mount Royal!

6:30 PM: Worship Night with InterVarsity

4:00 - 5:15 PM:ÌýÌýJoin student facilitators Kook and Josh for a 90-minute session grounded in Tibetan Buddhist practices. Each session blends a contemplative practice with discussion. Open to all students—whether or not you follow a spiritual path. No prior experience needed.

6:00 PM:ÌýÌýat the Church of St. Andrew & St. Paul. Happening on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday evenings of each month. Those of us who are practicing learning French get together at 6:00 p.m. for dinner and practice, and there is always room for more. If you have any questions please contact Rev. 2:00 - 3:00 PM:ÌýÌý(Mac Campus) Facilitated by mental health professionals, the series will explore topics such as safety, modesty, sexuality, assertiveness, power, freedom, fear, and the diverse ways these issues intersect across different cultures and societies.

2:00 - 4:30 PM:ÌýÌýThis workshop will teach you concrete skills such as radical acceptance, improving the moment, and self-soothing to better cope in challenging situations.

4:00 - 5:15 PM:ÌýHosted at MORSL: Weekly Diwan with Ä¢¹½¶ÌÊÓÆµ Sikh Students' AssociationÌýTake a mindful pause with us at our weekly Rehras Sahib and Kirtan on campus. Together, we focus on calming the mind, easing stress, and recharging with the uplifting power of Naam.

Thursday

11:00 AM - 1:30 PM:ÌýIn this hands-on event, we’ll slow down, unplug, and paint sturdy canvas tote bags!

1:00 - 2:30 PM:ÌýÌýThis workshop will focus on defining what active listening is and isn't, explaining why active listening is both important and useful, and practicing active listening.

7:00 - 9:00 PM:Ìýis P2C's bi-weekly fellowship meeting. Are you curious about faith and Christianity, or want to connect with other Christians? Join us for teaching, discussion, prayer, snacks and games. The event location will be announced on our Instagram,Ìý.

6:00 - 8:00 PM:ÌýÌýNow happening weekly! After the heartfelt recitation of Dua Kumayl, we’ll unwind and enjoy some warm Persian tea.

8:00 PM:ÌýJoin us for Torah and Tea a light Torah class with a side of tea and snacks for girls!

3:30 - 4:30 PM:ÌýÌýThis semester, join the MSA in memorizing Surah As-Sajdah! Goals includes memorizing the entire surah by the end of term, understanding its themes & meanings, and reflecting on its lessons to grow spiritually.

4:30 - 5:30 PM:ÌýÌýJoin the MSA in memorizing Surah As-Sajdah!

6:30 PM:Ìýat the Newman Centre. We will be debuting our new Gospel choir, and will have a special guest speaker, Achlaï Ernest Wallace, MA registered psychotherapist and gospel choir director, who has recorded a video for us as she cannot make it in person.😇 Don't miss it! We be accommodating people who are not within walking distance. Please let us know asap if you need a ride home as spots are limited!😌

12:30 PM:Ìý: Following the worship service, Rev. Susan Brasier will share her paper that she will be presenting in Boston later this month at the Society of Biblical Literature. Her paper addresses issues of domestic violence as found in the Bible. This bible study is open to everyone. Snacks will be served.
